BEIER’s Food Grade Certificate from USA FDA NOL

On September 11, 2025, Jiangsu Beier Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the U.S. Recycled Plastic No Objection Letter (NOL) issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This certification was applied for with the assistance of REACH24H Consulting Group China.

The application this time covers the physical recycling process of rPET (recycled PET). The rPET produced through this process can be used to manufacture products with 100% recycled content, and the usage condition is E-G (contact with dry food within the temperature range from room temperature to freezing temperature).

The successful application for the NOL fully confirms that the rPET products physically recycled by Beier Machinery’s equipment meet the FDA’s requirements for food-grade recycled plastics. This achievement has greatly enhanced the company’s brand competitiveness and marks a crucial step in its market expansion.
