Components Of PET Bottle Recycling Line

Bale Opener

Horizontal and vertical type. Used for open PET bottle package, which can improve working efficiency, reduce cost of labor.

Pre-Washer

Pre-washing the whole bottle, removing the majority of impurity. Better for the accurate sorting in the next step.

Label Remover

Removing label of PET bottle with high efficiency, which can reduce the pollution from non-PET material.

Grinder

For PET powder rate is low and the blade is made by imported materials, which have longer using life and more convenient for blade changing.

Centrifugal Dryer

Horizontal type, high speed: 2300rpm. Much more efficient than the traditional vertical type.

Floating Washer

Washing PET bottle & removing impurity in bottle cap, bottle ring, label and flake.

Hot Washer
