BEIER Machinery’s PET bottle recycling line is FDA-certified and engineered for high-performance circularity. Equipped with energy-efficient motors and a water-saving circulation system, the line features a PLC remote intelligent control module that supports one-click start/stop and real-time remote monitoring. Integrating high-efficiency crushing, deep washing, and intelligent sorting, this system enables the high-purity regeneration of post-consumer PET bottles.

At this year’s CHINAPLAS (Adsale), BEIER is showcasing its latest Centrifugal Dryer and High-Capacity Crusher, offering global clients a new generation of high-efficiency solutions. From recovery and purification to reprocessing, the entire workflow is designed for low energy consumption, environmental sustainability, and stable, high-volume output. By transforming waste flakes into high-value recycled raw materials, BEIER effectively helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Hard Plastic & E-waste (WEEE) Crushing and Washing Line

BEIER is deeply committed to the advancement of recycling technologies for hard plastics and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). We have engineered an integrated process for crushing, deep washing, and pelletizing specifically designed for household appliance housings, including televisions, refrigerators, and air conditioners, to achieve high-value resource regeneration.

At this year’s CHINAPLAS, BEIER will highlight its new Thermal Friction Washer. This system offers customized recycling solutions tailored to the specific material properties of PP, PE, ABS, PS, appliance shells, battery casings, and paint buckets. From cost control and capacity enhancement to process optimization, BEIER provides a comprehensive, one-stop resource recovery solution that seamlessly integrates crushing, washing, and modified pelletizing.

PP/PE Soft Plastic Washing & Recycling Line

Addressing the core challenges of soft plastic recovery, BEIER Machinery has developed a specialized PP/PE soft plastic washing line. This system is engineered to process a wide range of flexible materials, including PE films, PP woven bags, shopping bags, agricultural films, and industrial packaging films.

By automating the entire process—from crushing and washing to dewatering—BEIER enables the high-efficiency regeneration and circular pelletizing of soft plastics.
