Recently, Middle Eastern client partnered with BEIER Machinery to successfully introduce the SJ100/SJ120 PE film granulation line for their local plastic recycling project. This PE film granulation machine, with its high processing capacity and stable operation, helps the client achieve high-value conversion of polyethylene film waste, effectively improving the recycling rate of regional renewable resources.

The PE film granulator deployed this time adopts a modular design, possessing enhanced corrosion resistance and environmental adaptability, making it particularly suitable for the climatic conditions and production requirements of the Middle East. The PE film granulation system can stably process large quantities of PE film waste, producing uniform, clean, high-quality recycled granules.

These granules can be directly used in blown film or injection molding processes, achieving a closed-loop cycle. This creates significant economic benefits for the client while also supporting the advancement of local environmental goals.
