PET Bottle Wahing Line Components:

Bale Opening: Baled PET bottles are opened to prepare them for further processing.

Pre-washing/Friction Washing: Flakes undergo initial washing to remove loose dirt, dust, and other contaminants. Friction washers use intense mechanical action to scrub the flakes.

Hot Washing: Hot water or steam washing is crucial for removing stubborn contaminants like glue, oil, and food residues, which are difficult to remove with cold water.

Manual sorting system: Preliminary removal of impurities (such as metals, non-PET materials).

Applications of Recycled PET:

1. Bottle-to-bottle: High-purity, food-grade rPET can be used to produce new PET bottles, often blending with virgin PET.
