PET Flakes Pelletizing Line Description：

PET flakes pelletizing line is applied in PET waste flakes which is washed. Through extrusion, cutting and dry process, the waste bottle will become to be pellets. The PET pellets are widely used in plastic industry,like sheet, and profile production.

First, the pre-treated PET sheet waste is transported to the extruder through the feeding system. Under the combined action of the extruder screw, external heating and screw shear heat, these wastes are gradually plasticized into a uniform melt. In this process, in order to ensure the purity of the melt, impurities will be removed through a filtering device.

Then, the plasticized and filtered melt is extruded from the extruder head to form a strip or filament material, and then enters the cooling stage to solidify it through a water cooling tank or air cooling device.

Finally, the solidified material is cut into particles of a specified length by a pelletizer, and then screened and packaged to complete the entire pelletizing process.
