PET Granulating Line Description:

PET granulating line is a special equipment designed for the recycling and processing of polyester (PET) materials. PET granulating machine is widely used in the recycling of waste beverage bottles, sheets, fibers and other PET products.

PET granulator converts PET raw materials into high-purity, low-water content recycled particles through processes such as melt extrusion, water-cooled stranding, cutting and granulation, which are suitable for downstream fields such as chemical fiber, packaging, and sheets.

The core advantage of PET granulating line is that it combines the high efficiency of water jet cooling with the stability of stranding process. PET granulator is especially suitable for processing PET materials with high viscosity and easy oxidation, while ensuring that the transparency and mechanical properties of the particles meet industrial needs.

PET Granulating Machine Feature:

1. Efficient water cooling system: After the molten PET is extruded through the die head, it forms a strip and immediately enters the water tank or spray system for rapid cooling and solidification to avoid high-temperature oxidation and yellowing, while reducing crystallinity and improving particle transparency.

2. Precision cutting and anti-sticking design: The multi-blade rotary cutting system is used with water flow lubrication to ensure that the strip PET is cut evenly without burrs or adhesion; some equipment is equipped with anti-caking coating or vibration screening to further ensure the independence of particles.

3. Clean and energy-saving process: The PET granulator is equipped with a multi-stage filtration water circulation system to reduce impurity pollution; integrated centrifugal dehydration and hot air drying modules reduce the moisture content of particles (usually <0.02%), which meets the requirements of food-grade recycling.

4. Intelligent control: Real-time monitoring of temperature, water pressure, cutting speed and other parameters through PLC or Internet of Things technology. PET granulating machine is suitable for different PET raw materials (such as bottle flakes, fiber waste), improving production flexibility and stability.
