Subsequently, the melt is extruded into fine filaments through the die head and enters the water tank or air cooling system for rapid cooling and shaping. The cooled nylon fibers are drawn to the pelletizer and cut into particles of uniform length.

Finally, after screening and packaging, they become finished nylon plastic fiber particles.
