HDPE Flakes Granulating Line Process:

The HDPE flake granulating machine first feeds the pre-treated HDPE fragments into the extruder through an automatic feeding device. Under precise temperature control, the fragments are melted, impurities are filtered out, and then extruded into continuous strips through a porous die.

Then, the strips are quickly cooled and solidified through a water tank and cut into pellets by a rotating cutter.

Finally, the strips are dried and screened to remove moisture and defective products to ensure that the finished pellets are of uniform size and high purity.
