Rigid PP PE under-water granulating line is a highly efficient pelletizing equipment designed for rigid plastics such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). The plastic granulating machine is suitable for the recycling and regeneration of rigid plastics such as sheets, plates, injection molded parts, blow molded parts, etc. The under-water granulating machine adopts advanced underwater pelletizing technology to ensure that the pellets are uniform, dense, and free of bubbles, and can be directly used for subsequent extrusion, injection molding and other processing to achieve resource recycling.

Under-water Granulating Machine Features:

1. The underwater granulating machine uses wear-resistant alloy blades and high-precision templates to ensure uniform pelletizing size (usually 2-5mm adjustable), smooth pellet surface, and no dust. The underwater cooling method avoids material oxidation, reduces thermal degradation, and improves pellet quality.

2. The underwater granulating line is equipped with a high-torque screw and an optimized mixing section, which is suitable for the efficient plasticization of high-filling, high-viscosity rigid PP/PE. The optional two-stage exhaust design effectively removes volatiles and moisture and improves the purity of the material.

3. PLC+touch screen intelligent control, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters, and supports fault alarm and automatic protection. Optional automatic feeding and online screen changing devices can reduce manual intervention and improve the stability of continuous production.

4. Key components (screw, barrel, cutter) are made of alloy steel or bimetallic coating, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and can adapt to long-term high-load operation.
