The waste PE PP film pelletizing line is used for recycling and pelletizing materials such as PE and PP films, woven bags, and non-woven fabrics.

The automatic PLC control system manages the flow of film feeding into the compactor, ensuring efficient operation. Each compactor features individual temperature control and is cooled by a fan, providing precise management of the granulation process. This PE PP film pelletizing machine has compact structure, user-friendly operation, and stable performance, making it ideal for efficient and reliable waste film recycling.

The PE PP film pelletizing line adopts a single-screw extruder, which achieves efficient plasticization through the screw combination design, and is equipped with a multi-temperature zone precise temperature control system to avoid thermal degradation of the material.

Feeding system: Equipped with a forced feeding device, it is suitable for the stable transportation of lightweight and fluffy materials such as films to prevent bridging blockage.

The PE PP film pelletizer cuts the molten material into uniform particles through high-temperature shear plasticization, melt filtration (such as screen changer) and hydraulic pelletizing system, while filtering impurities to improve the purity of the finished product.
