PE Film, PP Woven Bag Granulation Line Description:
The plastic granulation line manufactured by BEIER Machinery is mainly used for granulating equipment for PE materials (packaging bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, and cling film), PP materials (woven bags, packaging films). These granules serve as raw material for manufacturing new PP products, promoting circular economy practices.

Used PE films and PP woven bags are collected and pre-sorted to remove non-PP materials (e.g., labels, dirt, or other plastics). The films, Bags are fed into a shredder to cut them into small flakes (5–20 mm) for easier processing.

Flakes are fed into a single/twin-screw extruder, melted at 200–250°C, and homogenized. A melt filter (e.g., screen changer) removes microscopic impurities to ensure high-quality output.

Molten is extruded through a die to form water-ring, cooled in a water bath, and cut into uniform granules (2–5 mm) by a plastic granulator.

The core advantage of the plastic granulation machine is that it can efficiently convert waste plastics into reusable uniform particles, greatly reducing dependence on virgin plastics and reducing environmental pollution, while saving raw material costs for enterprises through a circular economy model. Its melt extrusion and precise temperature control technology are compatible with a variety of plastics (such as PP, PE, films, woven bags), adapt to complex recycling scenarios, and improve production efficiency through automated design.
