Water Ring Pelletizing Line Components:

1. Feeding System: Raw material (virgin resin, recycled flakes, or regrind) is fed into the extruder via a hopper. Pre-drying is critical for hygroscopic materials (e.g., PET, nylon).

2. Multi-Hole Die Plate: Molten plastic is extruded through small holes into strands.

3. Water Ring Chamber: A high-speed rotating water ring creates turbulent flow, cutting strands into pellets and cooling them instantly.
