1、 Epoxy resin cleaning method
Choosing alkyd resin or epoxy resin adhesive for cleaning is generally used in the cleaning of new machine equipment or in the application of extrusion machines for a period of time. This type of method can be used when a portion of raw materials remain on the screw or barrel for gluing, the extrusion rate of raw materials slows down, and the color deviation of the color change type is large.
2、 Disassembly and cleaning
1. Handmade by adding washing machine material from the opening, until the color of the extruded material strip is the same as the washing machine material powder, stop feeding, discharge all raw materials, and stop the rotation of the twin screw extruder screw;
2. Open the material pipe of the screw extruder and gradually remove it;
3. Rotate the screw of the twin screw extruder and remove the filler, discharge the residual washing material from the barrel, and remove the filler;
4. After turning off, check if the screw is clean and tidy, and manually eliminate the finished products on the screw. Reinstall the screw; Add new materials to clean the residual washing machine material inside the gun barrel and terminate the screw rotation;
5. Install the filler and material pipe of the twin screw extruder and carry out the actual cleaning operation of the twin screw extruder.
3、 Fire burning method
Using fire roasting or roasting to remove the plastic fixed on the screw is a common and effective method for plastic granulation enterprises. Immediately after the application of the screw, a gas furnace is selected for cleaning, as the screw contains heat from the production and processing process, so the heat generated by the screw is still evenly distributed.
