However, compared to developed countries, China is still in the initial stage of recycling waste polyester (pet). Pet recycling line is a new type of environmental protection, pollution-free green mechanical products. It is an efficient and energy-saving mechanical equipment that uses physical methods to convert waste plastic into granular materials; At the same time, the equipment also has the advantages of low investment, fast effectiveness, and high efficiency.
The process flow is as follows:
1. The raw materials are prepared to transport the cleaned debris or leftover materials that cannot be processed by various types of crushers to the crushing room for preliminary crushing using conveyor belts; Then lift the crushed material onto the vibrating screen for further fine crushing treatment; The final product or semi-finished product is discharged through the powder outlet.
2. Ingredients: Several different raw materials can be combined according to user needs to produce products of various specifications.
3. After the device is started, first add one color masterbatch and stir evenly. Then add other color masterbatches and continue stirring until the mixture is even.
4. After fully mixing, the two materials are sent into the vacuum box by the screw pump for vacuum degassing.
5. The measuring device controlled by a microcomputer accurately calculates the proportion of various raw materials through a weighing system and automatically adjusts it.
6. Forming: Transport the quantitatively prepared materials to the mold frame for pressing and forming.
7. The products formed by cooling enter the water tank and are cooled down.
8. After a certain period of insulation and drying, the particles are sorted.
9. Qualified granular products can be packaged and shipped out of the factory.
