PP Raffia Woven Bag Pelletizing Line Description:
PP raffia, woven bag pelletizing line is designed to take dirty, post-consumer or post-industrial polypropylene (PP) raffia tapes, woven bags, and similar materials and transform them into clean, consistent plastic pellets for reuse.

PP Raffia Pelletizing Machine Workflow:
1. Pre-treatment: Loose PP raffia/woven bags are fed into the plastic pelletizing line and pass through the Metal Separator to remove hazardous metals.
2. Agglomeration: The cleaned material enters the TLJ1000 Agglomerator where it is densified into easy-to-handle crumbs.
3. Melting & Cleaning: The agglomerates are fed into the SJ180/34 Primary Extruder, where they are fully melted, filtered, and degassed.
4. Metering: The clean melt is then transferred to the SJ200/10 Secondary Extruder, which acts as a precision pump to deliver a steady stream of plastic.
5. Strand Forming & Cooling: The melt is extruded through a die to form strands, which are cooled and conveyed in the Spaghetti Vibrator.
6. Pelletizing: The cooled strands are cut into final pellets by the High Torque Spaghetti Cutter.
PP Raffia Pelletizing Line Components:

Metal Separator
This is a critical safety device, usually a magnet or metal detector, placed at the very beginning of the process. It removes ferrous and sometimes non-ferrous metals (like nails, staples, or wires) from the feed material.

Agglomerator
Uses high-speed rotating blades to create friction, which softens and melts the plastic. The material is simultaneously chopped and fused into dense, irregularly-shaped “agglomerates” or “crumbs.”

SJ180/34 Single Screw Extruder
Receives the agglomerates and completes the melting process. Equipped with a filtration system (like a manual or hydraulic screen changer) to filter out solid impurities like sand, dust, and un-melted particles.

SJ200/10 Single Screw Extruder
Takes the filtered melt from the primary extruder and ensures a consistent output, which is crucial for producing uniform pellets. Decouples the filtering and degassing process in the primary extruder from the pressure requirements of the pelletizing die.

Spaghetti Vibrator
After the molten plastic is forced through a die plate to form multiple strands (like spaghetti), these hot, soft strands enter this unit. The vibration prevents the strands from sticking together and helps guide them evenly into the pelletizer.

High Torque Spaghetti Cutter
Pulls in the cooled and solidified plastic strands from the vibrator trough and cuts them into uniform pellets using a rotating blade assembly against a stationary die head.
